Alarmogix uses an OPC A&E client subscripton to connect to a server. In theory, all OPC connections should be the same, however, whilst the Alarm and Event structure is consistant, different Manufacturers will use the fields for different purposes.

This means that AlarmLogix needs to be configured to the flavour of SCADA you are using. In most cases the satandard tracking of alarms is OK to use, however we are adding to an evergrowing list of "specials". The following is a list of SCADA AlarmLogix has been tested with, however please feel free to email us with your applications.
